Augmented Reality vs Virtual Reality
What is the difference? Augmented reality uses dimensional art and graphic software to portray the environment and the contents. This environment can be viewed on mobile devices and desktops. Depending on the graphic designs, it can look as realistic or as artsy as the designer wants. It can be experienced in 1st or 3rd person with movements and animations determined prior to entry. Virtual Reality has many of the same functions with the main difference being the equipment required to experience the environment. Many companies are coming out with goggles, handsets and physical platforms connected to the experience. It can be completely immersive and a sensory adventure without leaving the comforts of home.
Opt-In Communication and Socialization Options. People are no longer limited by distance, health risks or safety concerns when it comes to the metaverse.
